Educational Programs
At Reaching The Peak, we offer targeted educational programs that support young people in achieving their academic goals. Our initiatives are designed to provide resources, mentorship, and skills development to unlock each student's full potential. We support young people by offering tuition classes, peer to peer support, teaching academic learning skills, support them to select subjects which aligns to their career aspirations, having open and clear dialogue about Schools and the challenges they are facing.. We are working alongside Schools, Colleges and Universities identifying Young people who could benefit from our programs.
Career Pathways
Reaching The Peak provides comprehensive career pathways programs focused on empowering ethnic minority youth. We offer career guidance, skills training, and networking opportunities to help young individuals succeed in the workforce. We work with ranges of organisations whom support our cause by offering volunteering places, we offer C.V building skills and general explore of available career options to ethnic young people in Scotland .
Uplifting and Empowerment Programs
Our programs stand out because they are uniquely designed by ethnic minority youth, ensuring they address the specific needs and challenges faced by ethnic young people within education and work settings. We provide confidence building, social inclusion, peer support, and signposting to relevant resources.
